Hello, beautiful beans and welcome to the podcast episode of today. So in today's episode, we have decided

to do a little bit of a Q&A.

So what we did is we put out a little question box on the podcast Instagram.

If you're not following the podcast Instagram, it is at do you fucking mind?

I used to have it as at DYFM Pod, but we thought, or DIYFM podcast, but we thought, fuck it.

Let's just give it its real name.

Let's just, if I can put some respect on the podcast name and call the Instagram handle that, so it is at do you fucking mind maybe with an asterisk in there, I'm not quite sure. But what I did,

basically, was I put out a, you know, call out for people asking around, like questions around confidence and questions

around self-esteem. I'm actually going to read out what we wrote. It said, what are your

questions around confidence and finding yourself again? So we had, as always, a whole bunch of

questions come through. I love receiving your questions. So I thought I would

just go through them and talk about it. This is going to be very conversational. I have got

heaps of episodes around self-love confidence, obviously, but I think it's really nice to just

address specific, more individual questions every so often. So this is all about self-love, confidence and finding

yourself. Life update. I mean, you're hearing this probably two weeks after the fact,

but as from the day that I'm recording this, but Spotify wrapped came out today and it is so

fucking cool, so fucking cool to not only see the wrapped, because you get, obviously you get Spotify

wrapped from the creator standpoint, like as a user, but then if you're a creator on Spotify,

then you get all the data from your podcast. And on Spotify, I had like 187,000 people

that listened to my podcast in their top 10 podcasts. And it was just crazy.

Like it's just quite fucking amazing. The reach that the podcast has, it's listened to in how

many countries, I think 140-something countries or just wild. A lot of countries.
