Now, you may have read in the press that Director General Tim Davy has banned the word talent from being used to describe BBC presenters.

Despite being widely interpreted as a reaction to a series of scandals, forming a drive to create a quality

across BBC productions, the idea was actually inspired by our very own Ellis James. After catching

part two of Ellis's three-hour audio documentary about Andy Murray, Davy reportedly called a secretary

into his office and said, who is this for and how can we stop it?

Since that moment, Davy has made it his mission to hunt down presenters who are too big for their boots,

indulge in inappropriate behaviour, will talk about Evander Hollifield for too long.
