Hello and welcome to another episode of the Choose Strong podcast. I am with your favorite host in the world, Sally McCray, and we are about to dive in.

But first, before that, we want to give a huge bear hug to those that are braving the elements out there running, training, and the

weather is not great. Big bear hug, virtual bear hug from Eddie and Sally to you

right now. Yeah, we're, I know right here in Southern California,

we've had over 100 mudslides just in the past few days.

There have been people in the too strong community that are checking in on us, asking if we're

okay and how we're doing, which is so kind.

We are getting a lot of rain more than we're used to, gnarly winds, but thankfully like where we are in Huntington Beach, we're more in a safe zone.

So we're okay, but our friends Hillary and Billy Yang, they are in LA and they're getting

alerts right and left because they are right by the LA Hills right there.

Yeah, like Topanga Canyon and stuff where a lot of mudslides are happening and people are even told to evacuate.

So, but we know a lot of the country is also under snow.

And we have been seeing people post and tag

the Choose Strong podcast Instagram,

also in our Choose Strong community on Facebook people are posting these pictures of

their faces after running in the snow and it's icicles on the hat on the eyelashes

and eyebrows I'm just, wow. Way to brave the elements. For those

you that are running outside today, Eddie and I have been talking about that all

week because I've been getting out and running in the rain in fact if you are

watching this from the YouTube right now you see that I'm in a robe I was gonna ask you

about your fit you're gonna ask you about that.
