We're going to cover the mindset shifts that have helped us the most, some practical questions

to ask yourself every time you experience self-doubt, and how to make sewing fun again when you feel

like quitting. All right, so let's get into our ice raker. Haley, what's something you've wanted to learn but felt intimidated by?

I think something that I've wanted to learn or learn more in depth is more woodworking. I have kind of very basic knowledge of like how to, I can operate like a couple different saws and I know how to

use a nail gun and I don't know.

Yeah.

But the way that the structural stuff and how things come together, I've just found like a

little bit intimidating and that's something I would love to dive a little deeper into.

It seems just like really useful.

Yeah, it does seem really useful and fun. Uh-huh.

Be able to make stuff with wood seems really fun. Yeah, just a totally different medium than fabric or fiber.

So I always thought that would be fun. What about you? I think for me, one of the things I've always wanted to learn

and have, I don't know, I just feel really intimidated about it is painting with oils. I've done it a

little bit. I took a class in college and we did a little bit of oil painting. And I don't know why,

but it's always felt a little bit intimidating to me. I think because I,

there's just so much beautiful oil painting in the world that it just feels like I could never

achieve that. So like, why try almost? Whereas other other painting mediums like watercolor just feel

...
