Yeah, that was a pretty cool thing last week.

ahead Craig dad okay uh basically what I learned about 1981 is that my patients kept getting better

and a couple of shrinks that I was working with were saying

how come they're getting better they're not taking medication I said I don't know and I

started listening to him very carefully and one day I kind of followed all these people

and after about nine different people I went and looked at the charts and I started to see what had happened with all of them.

And they seemed to have some very close correspondence to each other yet they'd never talk to each other.

So I listened and I wrote a few things down and over the next couple of months I realized I think they're all saying the same thing.

And it was the same thing that I think I had done as I'd overcome some of the difficulties

I faced in life. And so I broke it down into four basic steps that people go through

to finally emancipate themselves or to get free. And that's what this whole practice is based

upon, is getting free
