But it's been a second a minute since 5 Minute Friday and I'm back. We're in the season 13

groove. I have been all over the place. That's an understatement. I'm currently in Boston here for

a bunch of fun things this marathon weekend. If you are going to be in Boston this weekend,

I hope to see you at one of the two events I'm hosting. Firstly, with UFOS 4 p.m. Friday and then

secondly, with Brooks at 10 30 on Saturday, I'm going to have links and info for both of those

A lot's been going on and I feel truly fortunate that I've been able to really have a great mix

of business and pleasure while being out of my normal routine. I was able to travel with one

of my dear friends over to Paris. And we had such such such an amazing time. Feels like such a

major understatement saying it that way. But we're so lucky just to have my friend Ashley and

Toe and then another girlfriend came to meet up as well. And then beyond that, really appreciated

having a downbeat in New York to kind of come back to calm myself and check myself with some of

my routines and my practices and and do a little, you know, a little me time, which was really,

really necessary. Now during my me time this week, and that's what I want to talk about really

in five minute Friday today, I went to the class on Monday. For those of you that have never heard

of the class or are not familiar, it is it's a cardio and strength Pilates inspired workout

that is a little odd. It is not lost on me that it's a little odd. It's really about moving

energy and it's kind of crazy because you do the same movement for an entire song. I swear that

if Sarah Jessica Parker ever worked out in Sex in the City, she would have gone to the class
