We have a special episode this week.

Last week, I did a webinar on yoga sequencing and it was about five ways to work with the feeling of being overwhelmed with sequencing as a teacher.

I think this conversation is also going to be interesting for students just to kind of sit back and think about

What we as teachers kind of sort through when we're creating class content.

But for teachers, I will just tell you

of all of the trainings I have ever done in my life,

by far the biggest challenges that come up for us come up around sequencing.

And when I was first developing this bit of content,

I wanted to create it just as a conversation with Andrea and then I decided to film it and

create it as a webinar because I wanted there to be some interactivity.

As much as we of course love the podcast,

the biggest challenge for us is that we don't have

really an overt interactive component.

And I wanted to have an opportunity

for people to ask questions.

And we had by far the biggest registration we've ever had for our podcast,

excuse me, for a webinar. And the webinars we do are, they're really popular. I think they're really helpful. They're a place where our community can get together and share and talk and get some insight and

I really spent so much time with the content. I thought I would deliver it to you or we would deliver it to you for this

week's podcast. So Andrea and I will be back with a conversation next week.
