Don't let the left brain kick in and say it's not worth a hundred or two hundred bucks or the day to go up there and do it. Just do it and even better if you can take your guys along. I worked for a company called Tesla Landscaping for 15 years and one of the best things about my time in my career there was how they invested into me as an employee and it changed me forever. I could say I had not done that.
