clock, it changed. In the morning, crestone time. This is a Roma. I'm really confused and

gratified by the emails I get from people saying every time I express

this insecurity, I guess, that I'm expressing right now, I get a bunch of emails from people

saying, dude, I only listened for the Roma and the intro. I don't really, the guests aren't really what I'm into, which

surprises me.

But anyway, thank you for that.

And I will just take your word for it and keep doing these until I stopped getting emails

or the email saying, shut the fuck up, outweigh the email saying,

keep talking, I guess.

I'm here at your service.

A few things I wanted to cover.

I've got a huge list of things, like when I think of things, oh, I should talk about

that on the podcast or I shouldn't, you know, address this or address that.

I have lists and the lists are accumulating like sedimentary rock over the epic, over the geological eras. It just,

they keep growing and growing and then they solidify into stone and forget where the list is, and I forget what's on it.

But there's stuff from, like, three years ago that I still haven't gotten around to, mainly because once I start talking, then the new ideas start flowing, and I forget to consult the list.

I get into this weird microphone-induced trance that most of you recognize by now, I guess.

I thought I would respond first to some of the comments I got on the Wim Hof article,

because that was a, you know, a problematic little essay I wrote.

There are several different types of critiques that I think are legitimate and worth thinking

about and responding to. So, yeah, I wanted to talk about that.
