specific degree. And you guys, I have my dear, darling, beautiful, precious garden fairy friend,

Nikki, who is a Reiki master and teacher and healer, energy healer, somatic breath work. She is so educated about

nervous system regulation. I learned so much in this interview. There were so many times where I

stopped her. I'm like, okay, actually, I need you to break that down further because, you know,

when you just have a conversation with someone and they explain it to you in a way that you're like,

I've known that, but you just set it in a way that has so many light bulbs going off

inside of my brain. That is how I feel being in Nikki's presence. She just has such a

lightness behind her eyes. It's like she just has that she's just a very special, special person. And she's someone that I personally

would sit with and do Reiki and breath work. And I'm very picky. I always want to feel safe. And I want

you guys to work with people who make you feel empowered and safe. and just her energy is just so loving and

yummy and delicious and she wants to help people and I just can't say enough good things
