1:53.0 | And people who are interested in health and fitness tend to exercise in some form or other and a lot of the listeners therefore will go to the gym. |
2:00.0 | And so what I wanted to do today is just talk a little bit about how a person can get the most out of their training. |
2:07.0 | There are a lot of people listening to this who by and large will be going to the gym between two and five times a week, putting in as much effort as they possibly can. |
2:16.0 | And at least judging by the emails that I get, there'll be a lot of them who aren't necessarily as happy with their progress is the otherwise would like to be. |
2:24.0 | And so I thought we could just talk from like a 30,000 foot view of how can you get the most out of your gym. |
