I think I'm going to come back to a different podcast format, a different idea I've got, a

new mission, and I just want to be honest with you about that, which is kind of the theme

of today's podcast, which I think is an interesting one, because in the world of self-development,

we get taught a lot to kind of be disciplined, push for great things, have resilience,

keep going, like persevere in the face of setbacks, and all of those things are true to an extent.

Until something in your life isn't serving you anymore, or there's a loss of direction,

there's a loss of enjoyment, there's a loss of connection.

And this at that point, we need to quit.
