Hey everybody and welcome back to I Just Want to talk about the Bible.

If this is your first time joining us, then let me just welcome you and say that I am so glad that you're here.

My name is Christian Keeter and I live in the southeast of the United States of America with my amazing, beautiful, godly

wife Lacey, and our two wonderful daughters, Felicity and Serenity. Today I'm going to share

with you guys a teaching that I recently did at mentoring men for the master, which is a ministry

that I'm on staff with, and the title of this lesson is contra-legalism or against legalism.

Now, before we transition into that content, I just wanted to offer a quick disclaimer up front and say that, as I said, this was originally recorded at Mentoring Men for the Master, and as such, there were other people physically in the room with me.

So as you hear this audio recording, there's going to be some background noises like someone's phone rings at one point. And you'll also hear me interact with

the people in the room some as well. However, I didn't think that this was too distracting to also

include here, hopefully as a means of encouraging you guys as well. So having said that, without

Dear Lord, you're the teacher, and we just ask that you teach us this morning.

The Bible says that the people were astonished when you taught because you taught as one having authority, not as their scribes.

And so, Lord, I just pray that as we open your word together this morning,

that's the time that we hear from you, that we can just sit at your feet and listen to your teaching,

and I pray that every single person in this room, including me,

can walk away saying, I heard from the Lord this morning.
