Making good on a promise to offer more acts of clemency before leaving office.

President Biden says he is commuting sentences for nearly 2,500 people serving prison time for

nonviolent drug offenses. With the commutations, President Biden has now issued more individual

pardons and commutations than any other president in history. Fox's chair at Halper,

among the thousands of people the president has helped, his son Hunter, pardoned for gun and

text evasion crimes.

The ceasefire deal for Gaza back on track after a one-day delay.

Israel's security cabinet is convened today to consider the agreement, which would include

the release of 33 Hamas hostages, but the Trump nominee to be U.S. ambassador to Israel,

Mike Huckabee, tells Fox, the only assurance is that we can expect Hamas to break the deal at some point. Israel not only has

every right, but when they do go back in and fully eradicate Hamas, which they have to do,

they'll have the full support of the United States when Donald Trump is president.

Speaking of Trump nominees, South Dakota Governor Christy Noem has her Senate confirmation hearing this morning for Homeland Security Secretary that after North Dakota Governor Doug Bergam testified,

President Trump's energy dominance can be America's big stick that would be leveraged to achieve

historic prosperity and world peace.

Bergam is in line to be Interior Secretary.

A TikTok ban looms for 170 million Americans use the social media app in the U.S.
