The clock is ticking for TikTok.

As the Supreme Court upholds the federal law banning the short-form video app starting Sunday,

unless his China-based parent company sells it.

President Biden signed the law and says Americans need TikTok to be under American ownership,

but that he will leave the law's

implementation to President Trump, who retakes office the following day. President Trump on his own

social media site says the court's ruling must be respected, and his decision on TikTok will

come soon, but he wants time to review the matter. Fox is Evan Brown. During his first administration, Trump had backed a ban on the app,

but it has since changed his mind,

saying that's what helped him gain ground with younger voters.
