Today, divers are expected to return to the crash site as they work with the NTSB to begin debris removal as they also continue this investigation, trying to find what's left of both the helicopter and the regional jet.

Army helicopter, killing all 67 people in both. More than half the bodies have been recovered.

Overnight, we also learned through the NTSB that they've recovered both the cockpit data recorder

as well as the cockpit voice recorder. They also caution it is far too soon to know whether or not

air traffic control staffing

was at the level needed to prevent a crash or if there was communications issues between the

aircraft involved. President Trump was asked if he thinks the crash is preventable.

I do, yeah. Oh, absolutely. The president was also getting some criticism from Democrats suggesting

a focus on equity and diversity

at the FAA might have been a factor in the crash when asked why he believes that the president
