I'm Lee Cilisera. The New Orleans corridor says 15 people have died in 30 a hurt when a Shamshoud Jin Jabbar rammed a pickup truck into a crowded, a crowd celebrating the new year on New Orleans Bourbon Street early this morning.

Authority said Jabbar, who was a U.S. citizen and an army veteran,

steered around a police blockade and struck multiple people

before being shot and killed by police.

The FBI and other agencies, local agencies,

including the Louisiana State Police,

continue to search for any potential improvised explosive devices.

Fox News can confirm that authorities are looking at surveillance video that shows three men

and one woman place what appear to be improvised explosive devices around the French quarter.

Over the past few hours, teams of law enforcement from local and national have been walking around to make sure that

those are not viable trying to detonate any of those possible.

The barriers in place on Bourbon Street to prevent vehicle attacks were in the process

of being replaced.

Officials say some were apparently not engaged when the attack happened.
