Hitting the highway before Christmas. I'm Tom Ragani. Fox News. Bad weather and delays for some holiday travelers. Fox's Dana-Marie McNichael is following it from Hartsfield, Jackson, Atlanta International Airport.

The good weather here in Atlanta and short TSA lines has led to a relatively smooth experience for most travelers, but for people in Texas, that's not the same story.

Crossed the nation around 3,900 delays with a majority of them actually coming from both

Dallas-Lovefield and Dallas-Fort Worth airports, where there the average delay is almost

four hours. They faced a double whammy. First American Airlines issued a four-hour long

nationwide ground stop because of a vendor technology issue and then a second ground stop just this

afternoon because of thunderstorms. The number of Americans traveling by road and air will

surpass for the first time pre-COVID levels.

The suspect in Sunday's burning death that Brooklyn's Coney Island subway terminal has

been arraigned. Fox's Alexis McAdams has details. The DA telling Fox News, they're going to go

for the most serious consequences in this case. Sebastian Zepeda is now charged with

first-degree murder in arson. The migrant

sitting in front of a judge out in Brooklyn after police, they used a lighter to start a woman on

fire while she slept on a New York City subway. Authorities have not yet identified her. She

appeared to be homeless, I'm told, but sources also saying she was burned so badly, it's difficult

to ID her. So that's what's taking so long in

this case. Depeda is originally from Guatemala, okay? Investigators say the 33-year-old was in the

country illegally, crossing into the U.S. at least twice. So Peta originally entered the U.S.

illegally in 2018 before he was deported. He returned to the U.S. at an unknown date.

Former President Bill Clinton has been discharged from a hospital in Washington after being

treated for the flu, according to his deputy chief of staff.

The former president is 78.
