Tributes pouring in for former President Jimmy Carter, who died Sunday at the age of 100.

Georgia Congressman Buddy Carter telling Fox and friends people in Georgia home to the 39th President, remember Carter,

especially for his accomplishments after leaving the White House.

His work with Habitat for Humanity, the work that the Carter Center has done has been very significant.

And whereas he may have had a tough presidency, I think that, I think history will treat him well.

Fox's Steve Harrigan reports from the Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

President Obama said Carter taught us what it

meant to live with grace, former President Bush, saying Carter's work with Habitat for Humanity really

said an example for generations of Americans. There will be memorial services over the next eight

days, including here at the Carter Center. That would be followed by a state funeral in Washington

and then a burial in Plains, Georgia. President Biden has declared January 9th, a national day of

morning. Carter will lie in state at the U.S. Capitol from January 7th through the 9th, and a national

funeral will be held in Washington on the 9th. Tight security for New York's Eve celebrations in New York's Times Square.

Before and after midnight January 1st, New York City Mayor Eric Adams promises each one of those
