It's been pretty essential in my support network. I look forward to it every week.

Paul is such a genuine human being that I have had in my ear for a long time and now I get to see his face and be his friend.

And he can talk me through situations that are, you know, mine and personal rather than just being someone else's story that I relate to on the podcast.

But I love it. I've made so many friends and they all feel like, you know, brothers and

sisters in some way. So, join the damn thing or waiting for you.

And my capacity in the waiting room is as a peer, not as a mental health professional, as I say at the beginning of this podcast.

And we all, in that group we all support each other if
