deliberate downtime is really important and it's worth reminding you many of us had these incredible

0:10.2

transition periods when we didn't work from home i know not everybody works from home but i still do

0:17.8

and i didn't used to so i used to have these great transition periods like I get the kids off to school in the morning and then I would have my drive to work and that was one transition period. And then I would have my drive home from work and that was another transition period. So I was having this downtime to tell my system to tell like, okay, now we're switching gears and we're

2:04.0

this is the first conversation I've recorded since the LA wildfires have started.

2:10.7

And as I'm recording this for you today, they are still burning.

2:15.2

They are not contained barely at all. I think we're at, you know, 11% or something.

2:22.2

We know so many families who have lost everything. And, you know, I grew up in Southern California.
