President Trump's sticking with his tariff plan and he says trading partners are showing

signs of being willing to negotiate.

We have many, many countries that are coming to negotiate deals with us and they're going

to be fair deals.

And certain cases, they're going to be paying substantial tariffs. They to be fair deals. And in certain cases, they're going to be paying substantial tariffs.

There'll be fair deals.

A new round of reciprocal tariffs are set to go into effect this week.

And the president says there's no chance those will be delayed.

Just moments ago, the Supreme Court has lifted a court order blocking President Trump

from deporting Venezuelans under a rarely used wartime law.

The president evoked the Alien Enemies Act on March 15th to swiftly deport the alleged members of

the Trend de Aragua gang attempting to speed up removals with the law best known for

it's used to intern Japanese, Italian, and German immigrants during World War II.

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts pausing a lower court order requiring the Trump

administration to return a man mistakenly deported to El Salvador back to the U.S.

Kilmar Abrago Garcia was arrested and deported last month after U.S. immigration officials

accused him of being an MS-13 gang member.

Garcia's attorneys deny any sort of gang affiliation.

They filed a response late today in which the lawyers wrote,

he's never been charged with a crime in any country.
