President Trump wrapped up for the day with a judge scolding a witness for the

defense. Trial Judge Juan Mershawn admonished

defense witness Robert Costello

for making comments about rulings

and calling the proceedings ridiculous.

The judge excused the jury and reporters briefly to address it.

Prosecutors earlier ended their case with Michael Cohen's testimony, but former

President Trump said there's no crime.

We've asked her termination of the case.

Court resumes Tuesday morning.

Judge Mershawn says if the defense rests,

he will start closing arguments after Memorial Day,

giving the jury up to a week long break.
