Debating jury instructions. I'm Lee Silesera, Fox News. The defense in the

hush money trial of former President Trump has rested its case and

lawyers went through possible jury instructions in day 20 of the trial. Lawyers and lawyers

for the state of the trial

debated taxes, types of payments and other terms

to be used when the jury is instructed after closing arguments next week.

Former President Trump still says he's done nothing wrong and brought up disproven claims about the 2020 vote.

For all of the wrongdoing that we found and that you know existed,

they're coming after me for election interference.

That's the classic of all.

Court will resume the day after Memorial Day,

when final arguments will be heard,

and a jury of 12 will start to deliberate

this closely watched case.

A former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani

has pled not guilty to nine felony charges stemming

from his role in the effort to overturn Trump's

20-20 election loss in Arizona.

Ten others, including former Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelly Ward, also pled not guilty to conspiracy,

forgery and fraud.
