0:36.0	Sufficient for the day is its own trouble anxiety anxiety
0:42.0	that faithful companion that seeks to accompany us through life that sticks so close and seeks to walk by
0:48.8	our side each and every day offering its unsolicited counsel for every circumstance through which we pass, always listing
0:56.0	out all the ways that things could go wrong or probably will go wrong and listing reason after
1:01.0	reason why we have to fear.
1:03.8	Anxiety who loves to deal in the realm of what if, in the realm of hypothetical, and then lead you down a path far away from reality
1:12.7	into this just spider web of fears based on things that have not happened and many of which
1:20.3	never will.
1:23.0	Anxiety.
1:24.4	Now the thing about anxiety is this.
1:26.9	As a counselor, anxiety doesn't wait for its opinion to be
1:30.9	asked. Anxiety takes it upon itself to walk right up to you and just start listing out its, you know,
1:36.8	reasonings and the things that it sees and the reasons why you should be concerned and fearful.
1:42.1	And in my experience, anxiety's voice is quite loud.
1:46.1	Anxiety is good at projecting, and anxiety is good at persistence.
