Summary

Find out whether the amount and diversity of probiotics from food is comparable to probiotic supplements, and how popular probiotic foods rank in probiotic value.

I'll be taking a closer look at kimchi, kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, and kombucha to see if you can get enough probiotics from food alone, and when you might want to opt for a supplement.
