a number of recent studies that inform how you can resolve constipation as reflux and food reactivity

and perhaps better yet still do so with natural dietary lifestyle and supplemental interventions.

And the other thing I just want to call your attention to before we jump in on the specifics

is the fact that when you take steps to improve your gut health, to improve conspation, food reactivity, reflux, it's not unusual to see other symptoms improve.
