Hey everyone, let's discuss vegetable bloating. Certainly frustrating, especially if you're trying to improve your diet quality.

You eat more vegetables, maybe also fruits,

and you notice you blow up, there's extension, gas, pressure, bloating, it's not fun.

Part of why this happens is a few things have to go right in order to digest vegetables fully.

Bacterial assistance.

So if there's an overgrowth of bacteria, as in CBO, small intestinal bacterial

overgrowth, or if there's this biosis, if there's skewing of the populations and there's

not the appropriate balance or what's also known as ubiosis being correctly balanced,

this can be a problem.

And this excessive fermentation by too much

bacteria can lead to additional gas, higher pressure, and the feeling of bloating pain discomfort

pressure. You also need to have an adequate or somewhat strong, healthy, robust intestinal lining.

And as you may have heard the vegetables described as roughage, if that lining is inflamed

or sensitive, then this roughage can be triggering.
