They won't take them. I'm Lisa Lissera Fox News after the Supreme Court

allowed Texas to enforce its new law that will return migrants who enter the

U.S. illegally. Mexican officials now say it won't

accept them before Mexican officials made that announcement.

Texas lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick explained what action Texas would take.

We will arrest them. We will get all of their information. This

was a key part of the bill. We didn't want to just turn people back.

Once the migrants are in custody they could agree to a judge's order to leave or

be prosecuted on a misdemeanor charges of entering

the US illegally.

Meanwhile, a federal appeals court is expected to hear arguments tomorrow on the motion

for a stay pending appeal in the Texas migration case.

Five states holding primaries today in addition to the top of the ticket races in Ohio,

they're deciding who will face Democrat Senator Sherrod Brown in November.
