But I hope I can show you up with this exhilarating episode with Shona Vatiu. Honestly, it was such a pleasure to speak to her and the day after the episodes

we recorded it quite late in the evening because she's in Australia. I woke up full of them and vigor for life.

Shona is an author, speaker, yoga teacher, PT, gymnast, and she's also studying psychology at the moment.

And I asked her what three things she wish had she been taught in school.
