Summary

Karla Gallardo and Shilpa Shah founded their clothing company Cuyana with the philosophy "fewer, better things." After noticing a gap in the fashion industry between quality and price point they set out to create a brand that actually encourages customers to buy less and take care of the things they purchase. On this episode, they discuss the oftentimes not-so-glamorous life of an entrepreneur, why they made the decision NOT to sell on Amazon, how they've overcome the biggest challenges when it comes to starting a business and more.
