Well, hey, friends, here we are the holiday season. I hope you are getting some rest and some good times in the days ahead.

Hey, listen, I'm popping back here just to say thank you as you have been with us on mission all these years.

Or maybe you're just recently new to us. And I wanted to come over and tell you that you and us together,

we are doing really good work, very good and very needed work in the world right now.

I read the statistic the other day and I wanted to come share it with you because it just grabbed me.

And I think it might as well for you.

Did you know that only 5% of people right now

in the world have the quote, ideal body image? End quote. Like, what does that even mean?

I've been studying body image recently and realized, you know, it is language that we need for ourselves when we forget

that we are image bearers of God. We'll focus on our body image instead of focusing on the

image bearing that we are. Each one of us are uniquely and fearfully and wonderfully made. We are not

made to fit in. But right now, only 5% of the people

are fitting the, quote, ideal body image, meaning not too big, not too small, not too muscular,

not too thin, whatever that is. And I think you're here because you're tired of that game. And you know

that no matter what, the trend,

the target is going to continue to move. So if you are in the 95%, which most of us are, welcome.

And let's not be bitter. Let's get better. Revelation Wellness is bringing this message to the world

that people can love their bodies as they love

God because God loves their bodies, not as a place to be worship, but where worship occurs and where

life is given and breath is taken. And so we are on mission, friends. There are over 8 billion people in the world now, all of them

bearing God's image and we want to go. We are going to do this message until our very last

breath and this passes on to the next generation so that we can break out of these sick cycles
