0:56.0	should I be on T4 alone, should I be on combination T4 plus T3, and guidelines for how to know when
1:04.3	to do what, because I know you see a lot of this, as do I, people just get hammered with
1:10.1	higher doses and more aggressive therapy.
1:13.9	And there's some truth embedded in that canard, if you will, but I think what you're doing
1:18.4	again is so important and relevant because you're trying to help people understand how to
1:22.2	navigate and have guidelines for the appropriate use of thyroid medication.

1:40.4	But 15 years ago, I was really impressed by a couple of patients of mine that were really suffering with hypothyroidism and residual symptoms.
