Let's begin by letting go of the noise in our minds,

by taking deep, cleansing breaths,

and allowing our bodies to envelop

the peace that's ours

through the gentle presence of the Holy Spirit.

With each inhale,

fill your mind and body

With each exhale, begin to notice the exchange.

Take a deep inhale as you acknowledge union with the Holy Spirit.
