On July 13th, 2011, a woman's body was found in a case that to many seemed like a

homicide, but to police seemed like a suicide. A case that many still argue about, and one where a

family still fights to change official rulings. So if you like your coffee hot but your bones chilled,

sit back and start your day with a morning cup of murder. Rebecca Mawizah was born on March 15th,

1979, in the northwestern part of Burma. Prior to the year 2011, when our story takes place, Rebecca's life seemed like

a bit of a rocky one. Marrying a nursing student from Scottsdale, Arizona in 2002, now living in the

U.S., in 2009, Rebecca was arrested for shoplifting about $1,000 worth of jewelry from a Macy's and pleaded guilty to the charges.

A year before her run-in with police, she began dating a man named Jonah Shacknye, despite still being married.

Quit her job as an ophthalmic technician in December of 2010, and divorced her

first husband in February of 2011 after years of infidelity.

Now that her divorce was finalized, Rebecca was able to focus all of her attention on the new

love in her life, Jonah Shacknigh. A CEO of Medicus Pharmaceutical and one of the top 10 highest paid CEOs in Arizona,

Jonah had been married twice before and had children from both relationships.

One of those children, from his second marriage, was a boy named Maxfield Aaron Shacknigh.

On July 11, 2011, Rebecca, her teenage sister,

Zena, and Max were all at the Spreckles Mansion in Coronado, California, Jonah's summer estate, when Max, suddenly and tragically, fell face first over the second floor banister.
