On July 14, 2005, a man who took advantage of a woman's kindness

had his last day of freedom, having no clue that the authorities were quickly closing in on him.

Sean William Windsor, born November 29, 1963, met his first wife, Angela in the early 80s.

Just 15 years old at the time, Angela's family did not approve of their relationship, so Sean convinced her to pack up

and leave home in exchange for a life with him. One that had very little money and saw the

couple sleeping by the railroad tracks or occasionally sleeping in the homes of generous friends.

One such friend was a tattoo artist who tattooed an S and an A on Sean's arm as a symbol

of their union.

Eventually, the pair welcomed two sons and a daughter to their family, but according to Angela,

it was around this time that Sean's explosive behavior turned incredibly violent.

Initially, she claimed things only got bad when he drank, calling her names, pushing her,

and smacking her whenever he had too much alcohol. But eventually, those abusive tendencies

started creeping into the times he wasn't drinking and slaps across the face turned into painful punches.

On one occasion, Angela remembered a day when Sean was outside trying to fix their lawnmower, when he called out for her to help him hold the machine steady.
