I'm Sadata Sese, an assistant commissioner of podcasts for BBC Sounds.

I pull a lot of levers to support a diverse range of podcasts on all sorts of subjects,

relationships, identity, comedy, even one that mixes poetry, music and inner city life.

So one day I'll be helping host develop their ideas, the next fact-checking, a feature,

Hello, today, probably the sexiest poet of the 17th century,

a 20th century poet's only novel and a personal journey through insomnia.

With me to introduce their good read are two writers.

First, Catherine Rundle, whose prize-winning books for children include Rooftoppers,

the Explorer, and most recently The Good Thieves. She's also written a book for adults,

why you should read children's books, even though you are so old and wise, and in April

she's got a book coming out on John Dunn called Super Infinite. With her is Nathan Filer, author of the multi-award-winning novel The Shock of the Fall.

Nathan, who's worked as a mental health nurse, also wrote the non-fiction book,

The Heartland, published in paperback, as this book will change your mind about mental health.

And he hosts the Why Do I Feel podcast.
