It was the early 1980s, and Ruth Godleibson was in her 20s when she met the charming Charles

Vosseler through an ad in a magazine. He was everything Ruth was looking for in a husband,

independent, intellectual, a hard worker, and Charles loved the idea of starting a family.

He was recently retired as he told me from being an elementary school teacher. So we talked about

how many children he wanted a heaven life. He always said he wanted a classroom full.

Less than a year after they marry in 1981, Ruth and Charles are thrilled when their baby boy,

CJ is born. He's a sweet child who's eager to please. Then two years later in 1984,
