Suspect in custody. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. Police in Altoona, Pennsylvania, have a man they say is a person of interest in the shooting death last week of United Health Care CEO Bryant Thompson, who was killed while walking down a Manhattan street.

26-year-old Luigi Mangione taken into custody on a gun charge after a McDonald's worker called authorities after spotting what they say was a person acting suspiciously.

He had a fake ID, quite a few of them on told, including the one that he used, according to police, to check in at a nearby hostel.

So although it's now moved to Pennsylvania, the investigation,

it kind of was all here in Central Park Rim right now because that hostel is just a few blocks

away. So he goes and checks in there. He's caught on camera, jumps in a cab. And now we know he took a

bus, according to investigators, to El Tuna, Pennsylvania. Why he was there, was he hiding out?

You know, did he think no one was going to recognize him?

That's all going to come out. Fox is Alexis McAdams in Manhattan. Police, Imangioni had a gun on him at the time of his arrest that's believed to be the one used in the shooting and also had writing suggesting his anger with corporate America.

Reaction continues to come in after the jury found Marine veteran Daniel Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway. A jury

of his peers heard the case saw all the facts and all the evidence and made a decision. And I

joined DA Braggs and stated that I respect the process. Mayor Eric Adams.

I missed my son. My son didn't have to go through this. I didn't have to go through this either.

It hurts. Really, really, really hurts. Jordan Yili's father, Andre Zachary, the manslaughter charge

against Penny was dropped after the jury deadlocked on that count last week.

Penny's lawyer had argued the 26-year-old was protecting fellow passengers after Neely, who was homeless and had mental health issues, threatened them.
