Big changes and uncertainty in Syria. I'm Kathleen Maloney, Fox News. Celebrations in Syria as the government under President Assad collapses. Rebels in Syria announcing that they have toppled the government ousting the president Bashar al-Assad and ending his family's regime of more than 50 years. Russian state news agencies are reporting
