2023 is both a blessing and a curse.

Although many of us can take a moment to reflect on how great we all have it, many people

in the world are suffering right now.

And in the age of social media, we are witnessing insane tragedies on our feed and are constantly

bombarded with information that will derail us, having us feeling hopeless and depressed and scared and ultimately

just in a space of not knowing what to do.

During times like this, I do my best to turn my attention to the light workers in the world, the

de-Pachoprous of the planet in hopes of finding some guidance during times like

this. Many leaders of the spiritual community are now calling on all

light workers, people who spread love, the empaths of the planet, and are asking them

to pour more love,

to it, and into everything that we do, to lean into love,

even while holding so much sadness in our hearts.

So for this episode, my goal is to help you activate a mindset within that helps you illuminate

beyond yourself an inner peace that expands outwardly from your body and helps you to

elevate the collective consciousness.

and self-improvement as a means of creating positive change in the world.
