So this week we told the story of Felicia Barnes.

And if you have listened to this week's episode, then you know that this was a tough episode.

Not just because of the details and the ultimate outcome of the case, but also because Felicia was so young.

This podcast, I started off telling stories of adult women.

And although those stories are just as difficult, it's something about telling the story of a child,

of someone who was kind of at the will of other people and people weren't making good decisions.

That's always harder when that's the case because these weren't necessarily decisions that she made.

Or that she had the ability to make because she was so young.

So that just makes these kind of cases more difficult.
