and sometimes that journey is um fraught with many twists and turns and curves and bumps and um you know the psyche is is is is resilient

but none of our psyches are immune to um our immune are inoculated from life and and the stressors that um it brings but uh my goal was always to instill a sense of hope

um with pretty much all psychiatric conditions and to give the legitimacy that it deserves. So today's
