Summary

This monthly series features an episode sharing my recent highs and lows, how my habits are going, a Do Something List update, plus what I'm loving lately and my commitments for the upcoming month. I hope this glimpse into my life, my family, my work, and my own self development encourages you in your own journey. Around here the goal is never perfection, just to keep trying, even if in very simple ways. I think you'll see that with all of the big changes going on for me, taking the smallest of steps has helped to keep me afloat and feeling like myself. As always, I encourage you to get messy, too! ended and the comp league for baseball ended. So it's felt like a good contrast

0:56.7

and a little bit more rest is happening. But overall, we had a lot of activities as a family.

One of my favorite is my kids' school has this harvest festival each fall that I look forward to.

1:07.0

1:14.7

there. I got a necklace that I love with beads from Ghana, and I always get, always meaning

1:21.5

the second year in a row. I've gotten some rings from this woman who specializes in like stones.

1:26.9

And anyway, it's fun because I,

1:29.7

we really get to support the school and the kids each have been saving their money too. And

1:34.7

and they get to get some unique goods as well. And I got to volunteer with the school too,

1:38.8

which is always good. And, you know, beyond that, we've just been finally getting to into the

1:43.8

group for the school year.

1:45.2

And as part of this month, my fourth child, our six-year-old, got to join Brad.

1:50.7
