Hello, friends. Welcome back to another Q&A episode. Welcome back to the podcast. I hope the

middle of the week is going well. Here is something I need to address. Yesterday's episode was

for Anya Graham 7's, and I'm having a little bit of, I want to say vulnerability hangover

because I feel like I went hard on the 7's. I think sometimes it's like, oh we could be light.

Like get in touch with your inner child. You need a really good book. Reference, learn something new,

and instead I was like, go into the deepest trenches of your soul. And I'm seeing like my type in

that, like the 7 in me, but I just want to name it because I'm feeling it, and we talk every day.

So we talk about this thing. I think it was the right choice. I think I did the right thing by

sevens and giving them some like pretty deep assignments, which I think is important for the seven

point, but if you're coming up and you're like, I'd really like some light ones. Give me a heads up

because I'm going hard a little bit, and I kind of like that, but maybe it's a little intense.
