Summary

In this episode of "Enneagram and Coffee," I share insights from my therapy session about managing task lists. I am learning to emphasize the importance of being ruthless in prioritizing tasks and eliminating non-essentials to create space for spontaneity and change. I am navigating the fear of scarcity or failure, but I want to highlight the benefits of this approach, including more free time, connection, and ease. -- Thank you to this week’s podcast sponsor: Get started with EveryPlate for just $1.49 per meal by going to EveryPlate.com/podcast and entering code egram49.
