I'm looking at a shelf of books above me and you don't say I'm not going to carry on reading a book.

There's too many books on that shelf. I'm not going into the library because I'll never read them all.

So what's the point in not reading one?

Today I think we've got quite an interesting subject to get stuck into which is the whole idea of keeping up with things.

Mmm. Probably everyone listening. It's got something they can't keep up with.

Right, exactly.

On some form rather. So we thought we'd have a chat about that prompted by actually a comment partly that

Salihan Ashley made in last week's episode in conversation with you. And I had also seen a very interesting reel,

which I will share with you,

which I shared on Instagram,

and that's going to kick us off.

But since we last spoke, or this this week what have you been up to?

Well not as much as I would like. Do you ever have those days or in my case weeks

where the only way I can describe it is like I'm wandering around in a

circle not quite sure what to do. There's lots of things that need doing. It's like, oh, I don't feel like that.

Okay, well, maybe I could paint, I don't feel like that. Well, maybe. And so Monday I took myself

off to look at antiques because I just thought otherwise I'm wasting the whole day so I did that.

Tuesday I had a friend staying with me so we spent the afternoon just with him and then

Wednesday again aimless in fact I even fell asleep in the middle of the day which I never do and I just am I've doing little bits in between and I'm working on a series of paintings and I've done a bit of in my membership of redesigning But I just say it's an aimless week and it ties nicely into the actually into the topic you suggested because

there's a lot of guilt and self-judgment for me that comes with yeah but you didn't do anything
