What's up guys? Happy Friday. Welcome back. So today's episode is actually was inspired or brought on from some shred clients. So a couple of check-ins and then some that had questions when we do the office hours twice a week. And it was in regards to scale weight and making progress so that's what

lines of, I can notice changes in my body, my clothes are fitting differently, things like that,

inches are coming down, but the scale won't move, and I'm so frustrated because the skill

And so this is where I push back, and one of the women had even asked, like, should she have waited to start weight training

until after she had lost weight because she felt like she might be bulking up?

So I just want to clear the air first on weight training and bulking.

And for women, it is, guys is guys impossible i mean to tell you literally

you can get in there and lift heavy every day and for you to add muscle and get bulky it is

going to be literally impossible i mean it's i can't even explain how, until you do it, you don't really know and won't

trust it and understand, but I have been seriously weight training for five plus years,

and I am to my peak in terms of, like, adding muscle.

For me to add any more muscle, it will take just a really

long time. It'll be very minimal changes that will take a very long time to happen. And so for

newer lifters, you can add muscle and change your body while you're in a calorie deficit, so you can
