What's up guys, welcome back. It has been a hot minute since I've recorded an episode.

Life has just happened. I've been super busy with work and life and it's the summertime and I feel like everybody's got a lot going on.

But I'm back today. And I wanted to do today's episode on how I handle vacation in terms of tracking.

Those kinds of things because I just got back from Hawaii a couple weeks ago and got tons of questions because I, of course,

So got tons of questions on basically how I handle vacation.

So I wanted to try to do just like a short episode and talk about how I handle my vacation. So I wanted to try to do just a like a short episode and talk about how I handle my

vacations, what I recommend to clients, things like that. So I'm first going to start by saying,

and I know I have beat this into the ground, but I am 100% of the time at maintenance calories when I go on vacation.

So I do this for a reason. I never go on vacation trying to diet or be in a calorie deficit

or whatever. So there are a billion reasons for why I don't.

But the biggest reason is because I want to enjoy myself and not have to be living

inside of an app instead of, you know, paying attention to what's going on or being with

my, you know, family or whatever that looks like.

So, of course, in Hawaii, I don't want to have to worry about tracking my food in an app
