I'm going to share with you something that I shared in my community recently because it's powerful,

because it stopped me in my tracks.

And to me, it is a huge source of internal motivation.

Right. So I'm not talking about someone giving me a pep talk and I feel good for five minutes.

I mean my own consistent, quiet, always on, internal motivation.

It was a friend in New York. We were talking. We were on the subway.

And she told me, she's like, Susie, I discovered this definition of hell recently that someone

said. And it just made me think of you and I had to tell you. And I was like, ooh, what is it?

What is it? What is it? Right? I think it was something light or funny

or who knows maybe even something religious. But to me, it was something that was profound.

And I've shared this with self-coaching society a lot. You've heard me say this.

The definition of hell, or this definition, is when the person that you are meets the person

you could have been.

Oh, the person that you are meeting the person that you could have been.

What comes to me to mind for me is like me one day at the end of my life, my transition,

hopefully many, many years from now, meeting a version of Susie who didn't hold herself back,

who went for it, who gave herself full permission, who took care of her mental well-being and her even physical health for longevity,

someone who really made their mark without being driven or influenced by the opinions of others.

This is really what it is.

Going for it on your terms, living your life with

perfect self expression. And I don't mean, you know, the person I could have been like I could
